Naturally Smoked Cornish Fish
We smoke our own fish ! NO DYES – NO ADDITIVES !! Just beautifully smoked over oak, slowly in the old fashioned way.
If you smoke fish slowly with the correct oak, there’s no need to add a colour. It will turn a beautiful yellow on its own. So we just fillet the fish, pop in a brine for 20 minutes, rack it and let it smoke over night.
