Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be very pleased with your fresh fish but if anything is not as you were expecting, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Refunds will be considered where we have failed to deliver on time or where the species you have requested is not available due to bad weather or poor fishing.
Where we cannot deliver your requested fish we will offer an alternative or a complete refund.
If our couriers fail to deliver on time or lose your box, we will offer a replacement or a complete refund.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our courier will leave your box somewhere safe. That box then becomes your responsibility. We will package your fish to ensure that it remains perfectly fresh until you return home that day.
A refund will be offered where the package has been damaged or broken but this must be declared when receiving the package. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged after delivery.
