Possibly the finest fish in the sea. The fish that we supplied celebrity chef, James Martin to cook on “This morning” – Best cooked whole. Quite a dense meat so you don’t need too much. Simply trim the spines off with a scissors, flash fry it in a pan then put in the oven for 10 minutes. Delicious !! Available per fish in 5 different sizes.

John Dory yield approximately a third on their fillets so a 1.5kg John Dory will give you about 500g of fillet. Similarly a 3-500g dory will give you about 130g of fillet.
